Sunday, March 11, 2018. This was a hard week to get through. Started off having to make car repairs on Sunday. Not fun, but Avery worked on it and got everything working like it should. He went back home on Tuesday. Dax and I have had to attend two funerals this week.

Vindaloo is one of our favorites and the Vindaloo in London was fantastic, rich, creamy and with a nice kick. Upon returning home I thought I would give this dish a shot. Hope you enjoy my trip down the brick road. Heat oil in a large pan and brown the lamb.
